This weapon may only be fired at a target directly ahead of the Iron Daemon. Select a target as per the other normal rules for shooting and roll two Artillery dice, picking the better result to determine how many shots are fired; this means the weapon will only misfire if a 'double' Misfire result is rolled. Assuming a Misfire does not occur, roll to hit the target with a number of shots equal to the highest number on the two dice.
If a Misfire does result, use the Black Powder Misfire Chart in the Warhammer rulebook to determine the outcome. If a Destroyed! Result is rolled, the cannonade is destroyed and may not be used again. In addition the Iron Daemon it is mounted on suffers D6 wounds with no save of any kind possible.
